You can start a visit at any time. Because DermatologistOnCall is a store-and-forward platform, there is no need to wait for an appointment. Your dermatologist will then review your information and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.
After you submit your medical information and photos, you can typically expect your diagnosis and treatment plan within 24 hours or less. All visits are addressed within 3 business days. You may communicate with your dermatologist for up to 30 days concerning your diagnosis and treatment plan using our in-platform messaging tool.
Sample dermatology group can diagnose over 3,000 skin, hair and nail conditions through their virtual office.
